I was told about this donut shop (rave reviews) and looked forward to visiting with great anticipation. I drove from Ann Arbor on a Sunday morning. The donuts and coffee were fine. The staff member that “helped” me was disinterested and could care less. She was not welcoming and her attitude was poor. Overall my experience was marginal…. 🤷🏼♂️

Good donut shop good coffee but lately I’ve been coming here and they’re always closed seems like the owner has trouble keeping staff at night. If you wanna stay open 24 hours pay your workers better this aint the 90s. times are changing. And cost living went up.

I went here for the great reviews of "the best coffee in town". Tasted like gas station coffee at best. I agree with the other reviews that the lady behind the counter seemed totally disinterested. Many of the shelves looked empty and there wasn't a big variety of donuts. However the one positive is that the donuts we did choose were good. But I would not come here again. If your from out of town and pass this place and read the good reviews, don't believe them. It was between Dunkin and this place and I specifically chose here because of the reviews. Wish I stuck with Dunkin. The 2 stars are for the donuts. The missing 3 are for the service and not so great coffee.

Dearborn location, in the last 2 weeks I’ve stopped cat around 5:00am to pick donuts up for work. Both times no one at the counter, bathroom door locked, assuming counter person in there. One time customers were waiting, both times I left empty handed. Also stopped a few times before and no nut donuts or long John’s. Sad to see the place having so many issues, used to be a great place with awesome donuts. Forgot which day but was within last 2weeks, this morning was another no counter person, 4/5/22. That’s what promted me to write the review.

Ohhhh I love this place! The freshest biggest donuts you'll ever eat.... but very old fashioned on the inside... but tasty..... tell me a donuts shop that's better and I'll visit.....!

A family favorite and definitely Dearborn’s very best. Hands down no competition. Always fresh! Made fresh each day and over the course of the day. So much love in these donuts. If you’re like me and you like to have something sweet once in a while, but it has to be the Best. Then this is easily headed towards the top of your list. They put all the commercial donut shops to shame. Fast, Friendly service EVERY time. Small businesses like this remind me why it’s important to spend your money where you’re valued as a customer and for this I have to give a 5 Star rating across the board! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!
