The most interesting part is that you can creat your own exciting meal of your choice! I mean that's cool if one needs to decide his menu of choice. The choices of meats , vegetables and different kinds of sauces is what makes this place elegant!
Then the Fried Oreo desert with a scoop of ice cream is one hell of a delicious dish.
Loud, but kinda fun!. This is the easiest B.D.'s to get into in the Detroit area at dinner. Sometimes there can be crowds at other B.D.'s, but this one is crowded at lunch and dinner is fairly easy.
This is kind of a guilty pleasure. I strangely like the food and the experience. But it is weird for a "mongolian" to have pasta on the menu and give you tortillas to wrap the food up to eat.
I usually get a couple of bowls, one with seafood and one with New York Strip.
I keep coming back, I been here many times, so something must be going right!!!
Fun Grill. There are only two choices on BD's menu: one time trip or unlimited. From there, your choices and combinations are pretty much endless. You fill a bowl of the ingredients you want, say, shrimp, peppers, onions and water chestnuts. Then you put the sauce you want into a cup. Top off with seasonings and bring it over to the cooks who stand around a circle table top grill and cook up your meal. Then they serve it back to you in a clean bowl. The three cooks service up to 12 people at a time. Maybe more since I was not into counting. At the tap, you have rice and flour tortillas available to mix with. Cooks were friendly and so was the waitress. Atmosphere was Asian with a bit of Mexican influence. After all, how to do quantify a Mongolian restaurant. Full bar services and dessert menu as well.
I like the style, you can just pick all your favorite meat and vegetables and the cook it for t you
...creating my own meal, selecting the perfect concoction of flavorful sauces and spices, and watching it grill was as fun as I remembered it. New appetizers feature Asian-restaurant favorites and a Latin twist at bd’s Mongolian Grill. My mom and I began our lunch by ordering two of the restaurant’s new appetizers: crab ragoons and the plum crazy queso dip. The Plum Crazy Queso Dip appetizer comes with crispy chips. (Photo by Erin Klema) The plum crazy queso dip puts an Asian twist on the classic queso. A hint of sweetness came through with each bite, reminding me this was no ordinary cheese-and-chips appetizer. No, this queso was laced with plum sauce — an odd sounding combination, but it surprisingly wo
Food was amazing! The crab Rangoon was soooo good! Mojito... Straight amazing... Great atmosphere... Great service.... Our waiter was awesome... Grill guy straight awesome.... Totally recommend...
Always a great experience any BDs. Fresh options. Great for vegetarians. Love their sauce options that you can mix/match.
The food was great and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The cooks and manager were incredibly personable and nice to us, and our waitress Kierra was great as well. She was funny & friendly and has great energy. We would come back just to have her again.
Really good food! Stay hungry, get the bowl and fill it 🤤
