Upon pulling up I just asked for a 5 layer burrito. Im not sure if i said something wrong or I upset them but this was my burrito. Found out why. They put a regular taco inside of it and folded it in fourths. Come here if you like this service.

The new afternoon/night shift staff is great. Especially Vernon, I believe his name is. Very respectful, outgoing, uses maam and sir, and never rushes to take your order.
When he's working, I know our food will be hot and the order will be correct.

Whoever the gentleman was taking my order at around 11:30 or so on the 28th of may had excellent customer service. 10/10 going to this taco bell from now on.

I was only one in line and get to window with guy high af saying that will be 21.50. I ordered a 5.00 box...lol. yep pay them 15 /hour.

I have gone to this place so many times and keep repeatedly getting disappointed. I ask for sides of nacho cheese and if they fill them up like they should. They reply yes and then I get mine less than half full....this has happened over and over again. I normally call and complain because I specifically ask about it because it happens so often...long story short the last time the manager would not help and then said they were closed and to check back later...so disappointed

Unlike some Taco Bell's in Green Bay, this place has fresh veggies on the tacos giving them that great taste like when I was a child going to Taco Bell with my parents. Great cashier, people who care about the quality of their work! Awesome.
