Culver's

Went here for dinner for my family and now I will never be back. We went on August first at 9:30pm for a quick bite after moving we were all exhausted and hungry and thought this would be great! I was so wrong. My 4 years olds corn dog literally fell apart!!! Our burgers had no bacon, salad lettuce and were slapped together quickly and all over, the curds we only received 1 curd out of 5 and there was grease in our root beers. My kids were in tears after opening their food. There was no line! We spoke to the manager on duty who said she planned to quit because no one did what they were supposed to or listened and the cook did whatever he wanted. She also said she would send out coupons for our 4 combo meals and kids meal that were all upgraded to have cheese curds. Here we are almost 2 months later, we never received coupons and we were never refunded. Poor business.

It's Culver's! My son claims the cheese curds at Culver's are the best, and he fancies himself a curd expert 🤣 15 years old and an experienced curder 😄. Visiting this one in De Pere or Aushwabenon...I'm not sure exactly of the location. Enjoyed the flower pots out front, it was an overcast rainy day today. Not at all disappointed, everything was delicious and brought out very quickly. Kudos to whoever built this location. The toilet paper dispenser in the bathroom was hung high! Love it!! It's very unusual. Typically a dispenser is hung so low It's level with the seat. I've often wondered over the years if the people building the building sat down and actually thought about where they're hanging the thing. If the dispenser is too low, you actually can't reach the TP. You have to plan ahead and get some beforehand. I digress....😄

I don't go to Culver's a lot, eventhough I do like their burgers and ice cream. I wanted to get a little snack and remembered they had something called a "snack pack" or similarly named. It was a very basic burger small side and small drink. I ordered that! I got a deluxe single cheeseburger (they added lettuce), a small cheese curds(this was an additional charge above fries but they didn't tell me how much nor it was when I had asked- they just moved on to ask about my drink, which was a small diet Coke. Last time I got one of these it was either just over or just under $5. I was told $9.91. My jaw dropped! Ten dollars for the smallest items on the menu to make the smallest possible lunch combo. Sorry Culver's, you have lost a customer when you now are price gouging customers just because you want a bigger profit.

Horrible.. Have a bunch of kids running location. I believe this maybe the problem. When I asked the young lady whom the manager was she said herself (Young Girl). Asked for corporate Number she said she did not have access to that…Patron Culver’s..I am in from Michigan and OUR CULVERS DO NOT SERVE BURNT FOOD…Will not Ever go back to this location. It’s obvious that whomever is cooking in the back doesn’t care what they consume. I wouldn’t even have given that to my dog!

Went there this afternoon for the delicious looking cod sandwiches on tv, we ate inside, service was good, fish? Well not like the tv commercial as far as being a thick filet, putting the Size aside, it was rather tasteless, lacking flavor, actually didn't taste like anything. Disappointed and there not cheap! But the Fries were delicious.
