Review Black Honey Hashery - De Pere

Deborah Mallek
The atmosphere was nice and the food was tasty. Coffee was great. Staff was overall accommodating. We had to wait 20 min for a table, which was understandable. But then 30 min. for the food. Seemed a little cold so was probably sitting a while. However, we get that restaurant staff are hard workers and do their best. Plus, we had time so it was fine.

The server was attentive and friendly. The coffee was delightfully delicious. The French toast was cooked perfectly - crunch on the outside, a good amount of dense moisture in the middle. The sausage gravy, eggs Benedict, and tailgate (?) omelet were so tasty. The corned beef hash was also great, but if you are looking for that cheap stuff in a can, this is not it - no grease. Oh! And the prices were amazing! I don't think I've had a breakfast that cheap in 5 years!

Fabulous. We had to comeback a second time. Excellent customer service. The Mac and cheese grill cheese sandwich, yess! Yo that omelette awesome and the home made potatoes great. Our go to spot for a honey moon or anniversary. My wife hopes I give you 5.😉

Loved our lunches. Fresh ingredients and tasty combinations. The entire menu sounds good and after eating these items, will love to try more.

Recommended by my friends neighbor. My 1st visit. I had the farmers omelette. Excellent. The waitress had a great personality (let’s call her “M”) She kept my bottomless cup of coffee full! Very comfortable ambience. We will return!

Best food we found so far in the area. We were in De Pere for 4 days and on our last day found this little place and of course it was wonderful! We wished we would have found it the first day! Food was homemade and so very tasty. Nothing from a can and warmed up like all the other breakfast joints in the area. I would highly recommend this for breakfast and lunch if you are staying in the area. Service was great as well, atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing and the inside is beautiful. Fresh flowers on the tables and clean. Thank you for a wonderful breakfast to end our trip.

GREAT brunch spot. Small location, consistently packed, 20 minute wait. Everything was delicious. The iced vanilla latte, the wisconsin scramble (add bacon) was the best scramble I’ve ever had, and the French toast was amazing. My man got an omelet with a side of biscuits and gravy. Total was $30-$40. Definitely would go again.

Very nice place. Workers were friendly, and food was delicious. Decorations were set for the holidays and gave a very homely vibe.
