Burger King

I'm sorry to say this but I hope the corporate office sees this. I'm really curious as to how this location is still open. Let's start by talking about the items that weren't available today... toilet paper, ice cream, frozen drinks, ice for regular drinks was only available after you were handed your cup and walked to the soft drink machine just to be disappointed at the lack of soft drink options and no ice there. Please refer to the picture attached. Next, I think it's quite humorous that there's more effort put into having a big speaker box in the dining room so the employees can listen to their own explicit music instead of management worrying about getting the supplies needed to run a restaurant properly. This would also include having someone periodically, when they weren't busy catching up on orders, maybe walk around the dining room to straighten things up a bit, like removing trash from the tables, possibly sweep the floor. Now listen, I totally understand the situation with the pandemic and all but I'm sure you could find someone that's looking for a job that would be willing to come in and just be in charge of keeping the dining room clean. Need I remind you that this is Daytona Beach... people visit this area every day for vacations or driving through in their travels, sometimes they just want to get out of their car that they've been in for hours on end and sit at a table that doesn't have a sticky table top, or have to clear the table themselves because there isn't a clean table available. Again, please refer to the attached pictures. To finish this review I would like you to take a look at the last picture I have attached, which clearly tells me that the drive thru is also unavailable. This being said, I'm still wondering why I stood in line behind about 7 other people and it took over 30 minutes to even place my order, it's not like they were also taking drive thru orders. I strongly feel that the corporate office needs to step in here and either shut it down or find a way to revamp this location so people visiting Daytona Beach can sit and enjoy a whopper value meal or any other food they enjoy from the local Burger King.

I am a delivery driver. This place doest make me feel confortable. It looks dirty. The employees seem to not really care. It doesn’t smell very good. I am not sure about their management. They said they didn’t have (?) anymore. I hope my reviews can help the community to make better choices of where they eat. So sad! It could be improved! Especially in this area of Daytona

Went in at 10:25 am was told that they had no more breakfast by the manager. I asked if they could say last do a breakfast sandwich that is what i came for. She asked what i wanted the said yes. I paid. Then waited 15 minutes foot my food. There was only 2 people working. I guess that is why the drive thru was closed with orange cones. They need more employees and breakfast does not end till 10:30am so they need top get it together. Maybe need new management. Food was good when i finally got it.

The rudest and slowest people I've ever seen. Took almost 30 min to get 2 plain chicken sandwiches and 2 small fries because they are too busy feeding their friends for free. I watched on 2 separate occasions people come in from outside and go behind the counter and make their own food. It's as if there's no management.
