The staff is super friendly, the food is really good and the kitchen looks clean. I am leaving Florida and I am going to miss my favorite Japanese food place. I literally walk in the mall just to get my teriyaki chicken with fried rice and “little bit of veggies”

Their veggies are cooked to perfection and their Teryaki Chicken is really good. No gristle. The rice is some of the best fried rice I have ever had. It costs about $7 a person. They fill up a massive to go container. It is probably about 1.5 times the size of an average Chipotle burrito.

I love Sarku. Unfortunately it's not in the mail closest to me but when I am near one I definitely pick up a meal or two!!!
Nice and friendly people serving good and tasty food. Of the three food providers serving Asian inspired food in the Volusia Mall Food Court, I prefer Sarku Japan. The food is fresher than the other two which make large batches ahead of time and let it sit there for hours in the steam tables.
