They think because we are college students they can scam us. I ordered breakfast and got the bowl with chicken, egg, and hash browns. The meal comes with a side and drink and it was around $6 and change. When reviewing my receipt after the transaction, I noticed that they charged me for each individual item instead of the meal. My total was near $8-$9 and they had to get a whole $2-$4 more out of me for what? I work two jobs and I am full time in college and they are pulling this kind of stuff? If it was an honest mistake, train your employees better. Even though this is inside a university food court, it is still a Chik-Fil-A location. I will not be returning. Ruined my day knowing people today work so hard for their money, especially in this area.

Absolutely first class service and friendliness. One of the best fast food experiences I've ever had. Looking forward to an expansion to a full sized restaurant as soon as possible!

During the transition to the new Student Union Building, the menu setup, meal plan value, ordering line setup, and item availability was handled extremely poorly. Even to this day, the cashiers will all give different answers when asked what a meal plan gets you. Milkshakes are not always available, and the pickup line is a complete disaster. For an engineering school, these logistics could have been addressed much better well in advance of opening.

Usually they're great but now not so much. Tonight I ordered an 8 piece entree with medium fries. They ran out of nuggets just before I ordered, which is fine, but I waited genuinely 15 minutes for nuggets to come out. Not only did they serve those who ordered nuggets after me before I was handed my order, but in the end I was given a spicy chicken sandwich because they had run out of nuggets again.

The quality of food/service is pretty inconsistent here. Don't even consider coming here unless you are an ERAU student- you're wasting your time. If you are a student, usually the long line is not worth the wait. I have frequently received incorrect things in my order, and most recently, my nuggets were extremely overcooked and dry- hardly edible.

I’ve never had an issue at a chik fil a but that’s probably because I always go to the location in port orange. Went to the location in Daytona terrible customer service! Asked the manager to put my order in she told me I would have to go through the line again or put in a mobile order after I had just waited in line lol yeah I left and went to eat somewhere else. I will continue to go to port orange location when I want chik fil a they are amazing at that location!

Went into this store and it’s implacable.
Middle of rush hour, everyone is hungry and busy.
Walk into chick fil A and every single one of them is smiling and asking to help :)
Amazing!
Food was served to my table with a smile.
Every few minutes you will have a staff member asking if need ANYTHING! From re fill for your cup, ketchup or what ever will make you happy!
Two staff members were cleaning the windows and light fixtures. By the way they cleaned it I was impressed.
NO ONE EVER DOES IT ANY WHERE ELSE!

This chick fil a is just an Express stop and the meal is always good. Sometimes however, they dont have ice in the drink machine and you are left with warm drinks because the machine doesn't refrigerate them. This is a persistent problem at this location and kind of makes it not worth the money when it happens. Other than than that though, it's okay.
