The sampler platter and chicken wings with the Asian zing, sweet barbacue, and parmesan/garlic are very good. The mountain dew legendary long island iced tea is extremely good. The service was excellent and quick.

Ordered delivery via Grubhub...was delivered on time, but the boneless chicken wings were not hot or fresh. Mostly bite sized pieces that were more soggy breading than chicken and cost more than a dollar each! One of them was literally the size of a grape. This is a 20 piece bucket, how it arrived.

The service was great! The food was fantastic! We had the sampler and Bacon Smashed Hatch Chile Burger. Everything tasted really good!!

Overall, food and service was good. My only complaint is that the kids meal came out at minimum 10 minutes AFTER the adult meals came out resulting in my 3.5 y/o having a near meltdown because all of the adults had food and she did not. When it did come out, it was steaming hot (which is great, because it was fresh), but that was at least another 10 minutes to let it cool down before it could be eaten.
Most restaurants ask if they want the kids meal out before or with the adult meals. My only feedback is to please make sure kids get their food first or at least with the adult meals - the younger ones have a difficult time understanding why they do not have food yet.

Came in to get six free wings because of my birth month (May); the mild wings came out super fast. I feel one or two of them could have been cooked longer, though, because they felt a bit rubbery to the taste. Customer service experience was good as my bag had plenty of wipes and napkins. Plenty of available, accessible parking.

TLDR:
Food NEVER done by pickup time, poorly made food and poor takeout service.
Ordered one order of boneless wings for pickup. Pickup estimated at 28 minutes. Get there a couple minutes early. Host is nowhere to be found. Several minutes later I find a server who says she’ll check with the back. Nothing happens until the host finally appears and asks me again what the name for my order is. Many more minutes go by. End up waiting 20+ minutes for one order of wings that was supposed to be ready. The host finally brings me my order and they forgot to include the drink.
This is the third time at this location I’ve waited long past the scheduled pickup time. If you’re going to provide a pickup time, make the damn food by the pickup time! It feels like nothing is started until I show up to pick it up.
And to top it all off, the wings were hard and crunchy. Very disappointing. Doubt I’ll be back.

This locations offers QR code menus,along with contactless pay. Many employees here still wear mask. Seating is spacious. They also have a sanitize station when you first walk in. Ive been here countless times, which were all 5*'s but last time I was there, the waitress we had (Rachel? I think?) Was very kind and nice but the boneless buffalo wings were not. really REALLY crunchy, and after that I gave it another try and it was the same issue.
