Mama's Caboose

Diane and her wonderful staff did our wedding and rehearsal dinner. They went above and beyond the call. From our initial meeting with Diane they were welcoming, flexible with our budget and eager to serve us with their business. The day before the rehearsal we realized we would need tents for the rain. My mother called up Rachel and they (at last minute) provided us with extra tents. Everything went smoothly during the rehearsal dinner and the reception! They were personable, organized, and perfect for us on our special day. Would definitely recommend them!!

Mama's Caboose catered our wedding and did an amazing job! Diane was very pleasant and easy to work with and the servers she used were friendly and did their jobs well. She will make just about anything you want and handled extras, like lighting candles and cutting the cake for guests. The food was delicious and one of our guests is now using Mama's Caboose to cater their own upcoming wedding. I highly recommend Diane and her staff!

My husband and I wanted to try something new. But if I wanted a cold cut sandwich I would have stayed home. They didn't have some of the ingredients that my husband wanted on his sandwich. And didn't offer any of the hot sandwiches inside the store. Probably not going back. They should have the same food available at both the deli and the truck.
