Jack In The Box

I'd leave zero if I could. How do you forget chicken on a chicken burger?! I said no lettuce but not only did it have lettuce, but there was no chicken! There was no one else in the drive thru and no one inside so there wasn't a huge rush. When they forgot the tacos, I was forgiving and just went back inside for them, but we drove all the way home and discovered that my order was totally messed up. We went back to get it fixed. Manager on sight and dude making the burger acted like we were the inconvenience and she was texting on her phone while we waited. I'm so disappointed in this place, it's gone to absolute trash and I will never eat here again.

Usually I'm the person giving positive words but the last 2 visits have been horrible. Last time ordered Tiny Tacos. That's all I got. NO sauce NO Lettuce NOTHING but DRY Tacos! Called store 6 times NO answer. Went to website. Received text and email stating I would receive a call . No call as of today 5 days in Noth

Well just when i thought this place couldnt get any worse! Ordered a large meal and received the smallest portion of fries ever....not to mention the tacos were fried til they were burnt....and my Sourdough Jack came with 2 slices of white bread!! Tried to call and get a manager and nothing.....atleast the old transmission shop that was here in the 90's cared about their customers....place should be bulldozed and a Chickfila or Another gas station would be useful....do yourself a favor and eat anywhere other than this place! I want my money back hell even the dog won't eat it!

I had to use the restroom so stopped at Jack in the Box. I always buy something for the privilege of using the facilities. Apparently the staff have forgotten what it's like to have customers inside the restaurant. The couple in front of me waited almost 10 minutes for one of the three staff members to assist them. After their order was taken, I was left standing at the counter, completely ignored by the staff. After seven minutes, I began counting the last minute down before I was going to walk out. I was down to twenty seconds when the woman took my order. All I'd wanted was a Coke. Nearly twenty minutes to get a Coke when there were only two of us to be served. That is absolutely pathetic. I will never go to Jack in the Box again.
