Pizza Hut

as long as Vincent is in management ill never come back. he hung up on me twice when i called and complained. he refused to remake my pizza even when i told him i had the whole pizza but it was way too hard to eat. the reasoning was that because it had been about 2 hours before i called. he only remade it after we asked for a refund. awful experience. wasnt worth the time spent going back and forth. 0/5

Last week I ordered from this store. Not only did my pizzas show up incredibly late, they had zero sauce and one was flipped in half like a taco. I called to complain. The manager told me that he could not refund even if I returned the items, so he apologized and gave me store credit. Now it is the next week and I called to use my store credit. Upon my call the employee said that I had no credit and transferred me to another store. The next person on the phone said that my credit $33.00 was attached to my phone number and transferred me back to this store (my delivery store). When the employee of the store picked up, she was very rude and using profane language to express that I have no credit and to quote "stop bothering them". Then she hung up. I called again. A manager agreed that I have my credit but then hung up on me. This cycle continued for 30min while no one could agree about if my credits existed. It seems this store likes to give fictitious credits instead of owning up to their mistakes. Honestly the pizza is subpar and not worth all of this effort. All I want is my money back, as I do not wish to promote a business such as this.

Pizza Hut was our favorite pizza but the quality seemed to go down so we had stopped ordering for a very long time but my daughter decided she wanted to try it again and try the stuffed crust that we had never tried my driver was very polite and friendly but our pizza was again poor quality it tasted old and was greasy on the bottom the cheese in the crust had a funny texture to it which is too bad because we really would really enjoy to start ordering Pizza Hut again. Hopefully in the future they will improve quality so that my daughter could eat her favorite pizza again.

first of all, it took over 30 minutes for delivery after I got a text saying "out for delivery" then half the order was missing, then I found mushrooms on the pizza, which I am highly allergic to. tried calling the store, no answer then got hung up on. I figured they might be busy so when the driver showed up, I asked, You guy, "busy tonight" when he said they were actually slow.....
