Rally's

Just to stir the pot a little more you know I'm on my lunch and now I had to go somewhere else and wait on actual food instead of cups of fries. They were rude there too. I mean please I don't even want a refund how about training classes idk. Here are the pictures again. That's funny and wild but I'm a busy person and they're being lazy. Wild idek I'm really upset about this too.

I just ordered a sandwich for myself and toddler to share and the chicken was completely raw. I have already contacted my doctor. When I called the restaurant the manager responded with a sarcastic “well I don’t control the fire on the grill”. Then I called corporate where the proceeded to tell me they would get back to me within 3 to 4 days. I am in shock, other customers please check your food before eating it!

Service was very hurried, the cashier didn't even bother asking me if that was all. She just kept on giving me my total as I was trying to order. Luckily everything was right, but it was pretty old. The fries are the main reason I drive across town to get Rally's. But when the fries are crunchy and burnt, that's not what I wanted. Then to make it worse my truck breaks down around the corner. Not a good experience at all. But since the only other Rally's is 20 minutes the other way, I'll be coming back. 😐

June 15th visit...Daayaaam! Fast, curteous, hot and FRESH. This is a hidden gem. Youve GOT to stop here if you want the best burger and fries...and thats the result of a great crew. All of these fast food places have the same equpiment and potential. Its the people. You guys ROCK. We end up at this location randomly. Every time we have gone through the drive thru, the service is prompt and courteous, and the food always fresh and hot. Great crew, great food.

Came through today and ordered a cheesy Champ combo With everything but onion and got it home and it had everything but Tomato,ordered 2 Rally Burgers with cheese only and got them home and they have everything on them.Was the only person in the drive thru at 11 am. The service and interaction with the customer,for instance,you have a good ones as im pulling away,no thank you come again.Train your employees to satisfy the customer and they will come back,its like they didn't even listen to what I ordered,good help is hard to find now days and yours restaurant is no exception

This was my first time eating here. I came on a Wednesday night. The staff was working hard, but was clearly understaffed. The staff wasn’t bad- but the reviews about the mediocre customer service are accurate. The guy in front of me after 5 minutes of waiting was yelled at a bit for not following the signs for door dash pickup. They made him wait in the drive through and go to the other side for pickup instead of giving him the food then and there. For what I paid for, it wasn’t bad. But I managed to write this all in the drive through line (about 15-20 minutes) so I probably go somewhere else next time. Great value though.
