I think it's Arby's policy to have you wait forever, at this point I feel like it's a right of passage. Ok the other hand they have great deals and always deliver.

The employee at this Arby's was very nice. Very very polite which goes a long way in my book. The location looked clean and very tidy.

Ordered mass amounts of Mozzarella Cheese Sticks, made to wait l, but they were S-tier eats when I got them.

Just went through the drive thru and it took forever. I ordered a beef n cheddar and mozz sticks. I asked for marinara sauce and bronco berry sauce. They didn’t even give me the bronco berry sauce.
My husband ordered the 2 for $6 and they didn’t put one of his sandwiches in the bag. We didn’t notice till we were already home. So we had to drive all the way back to get it.
They also asked if I wanted to donate $1 and I would also get a coupon towards a milkshake at my next visit. They didn’t include the coupon in the bag either like she said they would. Overall was a bad experience. Will not be back.

Food was good, service was okay (seems to be the norm these days), but if you want more than one packet of sauce per sandwich you'll have to explain exactly how many you're after, and even then...good luck with that!
