Penn Station East Coast Subs

I always enjoy some good Penn Station, always hits the spot just right. This specific location has been a pleasant experience so far. No long waits, friendly staff, and they even hooked me up with an extra cookie for being a friendly customer one time! I am writing this unprompted because this location deserves a positive review in my book!

Ordered three fries I said please make one well done. The guy called out order to girl on fryer and did not say well done. I told her please make sure one was well done, she pointed at the pile of fries done ...she said they were all well done because they were really dark. Got home and none of them were well done crispy. Dark brown and mushy.

Save your money and go to Submarine House. Rude staff that just assumes everyone has been there before. Hate to tell them this was my first time and last time. Not impressed with the sub and amount of meat. Fries were goof though. They do cool them in peanut oil which is awesome. Even if the food was extraordinary. They lost me with the they're rudeness. Also very slow plan to wait for ever for your food. Or call ahead

Super dissatisfied! Family of 4 ordered 4 regular subs w med fry n drinks and my total was 65 dollars are you serious! Not to mention 2 of our frys looked small barley any and commented to staff how small two of are fry orders were not possibly a medium and instead of making it right commented yah i see the difference but that’s what he gave you! Really? I could of chosen a sit down restaurant for that price plus 3 of us got meals half way done before 4 rth came out w no apologies. I doubt I’ll be returning any time soon!
