Burger King

Monday evening at 748pm my order was placed at the drive-thru. I asked for a whopper with cheese. The order screen said “HEAVy cheese - 2 slices”. I then said “1 slice is fine”. The cashier made two attempts to fix the screen before saying “proceed ahead to 2nd window since she was unsuccessful in fixing the screen for my viewing. At 7:58pm I’m finally at the window to pay. At 8:03pm my bag was handed to me. Facts: There was only 1 car in front of me who left with a 1 bag order. 15 mins for food on a Monday at 8pm… What’s the reason for the stall? Only 2 cars were In the parking lot… I get home…… and the bag must have eaten my cheese. NO cheese at all was on my sandwich. 🙄🙄

Lobby said open, but doors locked. No one answered at the drive thru window. Pulled up to the pay window and had someone just stare at me - would not come take my order, even after I honked and he made eye contact. This was 7 PM on a Saturday... After reading many reviews, this location needs to be shut down immediately. Calling corporate office to make sure they're aware

Went a few weeks ago and they left us on hold for about 10 minutes at the drive thru window because they were extremely backed up on orders. I let that go because I understand things happen. Yesterday I ordered a sandwich with ketchup and mustard only. When we returned home the sandwich had hardly anything on it. It just stinks that my local Burger King offers the worst service out of any that we visit!

at 8pm, with 1 person in front of me, i waited for at least 15-20 mins and all i ordered was a chicken sandwich. no explanation or apology for my wait. worker taking my money/giving my food did not even give me the time of day. i said thank you like 3 times and she just looked at me like i was annoying her. not sure what the people ahead of me ordered but i only saw them being handed one bag and a drink. aside from the long wait time, the food was gross. i’m not a big fan of burger king in the first place but i just stopped when it was the first thing i saw. the chicken was not crispy at all it felt like i was literally eating a soggy piece of bread or something it was not good. aside from the chicken, the rest was fine. except the ranch i ordered on the side, it tasted like it was literally expired. i took a bite of the sandwich dipped in ranch and it was soooo sour. it was nasty. i checked around for an expiration date and couldn’t find one but then again i was driving at 8pm and could’ve missed it. wouldn’t recommend.
