Best quality sub shop in nation of chain stores that sell cold subs. Food is extremely good and fresh and the employees are almost always very high quality people. The price is very fair. Excellent run businesses. These stores are very careful to keep their food refrigerated and fresh. It's not a gimmick when the food and the employees are excellent and the store is clean. They have truly an experience that " is a sub above" in quality and taste.

This is my favorite sub shop! The meat and cheese is freshly sliced and Mike’s way is where it’s at! The only complaints I have are regarding the lack of cheese options (provolone or bust) and the service at this location is hit and miss. Most is the time, the employees are friendly, other times you barely get a welcome greeting.

I have been coming to this location for the last 4 months and it is by far my favorite store to eat at. Cole is one of the sandwich artist here and he is always happy to be at work. Makes the environment of the store so much more enjoyable. Really makes you wanna keep coming back. Besides that they never make any mistakes. Keep up the great work guys and gals!

The entire crew was in the back room and John Gorski single handedly sliced, grilled, topped, and cashed my #4 and #99 subs. He did this all in under 5 minutes while maintaining eye contact and delivering that signature jersey mikes banter. I will most certainly be coming back for another 7 inches. Bravo!!!! ☺️

My husband and I requested the use of a new knife to avoid the cross-contamination of pork into our food as we are Muslim. The staff was SO RESPECTFUL and happily obliged!! Excellent service, clean location, efficient staff. We will definitely be dining here again!

We ordered 3 subs through doordash. When we received the order there was only 2 subs in it. I call the store and spoke to someone, I assume the manager, and he was talking to Doordash to get it fixed. He couldn't get Doordash to help him and called me back to get my address so he could have one of his employees bring it to me. Outstanding customer service. Thank you. And the subs were good as well.

Kole, the manager, and Jersey Mikes in Miamisburg are life savers. Myself and 23 other riders are biking across the country for cancer charity, and Kole was kind enough to donate 25 lunch subs to our cause. Kole was energetic, happy and had great customer service. I hope corporate finds out about his service and recognizes the work he does to help us and everybody else.
