Marco's Pizza

I don't know why i keep giving them my business. My latest order was a mess. The pizza was dry and the sub was a mess. I don't think they try at all over there. Update 7-2-22 I ordered a salad with 4 Blu cheese dressings. No croutons. The pictures are what I got. Justin the manager refunded my money after saying they're at the end of their salad and that's why it's wilted. Though he couldn't tell me who he was refunding 🤷. This store is a Lost cause.

Since Marcos hasn't responded yet I'm gonna repost this. We found a metal nut in our food, we denied any free food or money back(I only paid 80¢ because of Marcos customer reward) i luckily didn't bight directly into it but it still caused some discomfort when my front tooth connected with it. I could of broke a tooth!

We order from here ALL the time and it’s usually great. However, tonight we ordered and the delivery driver brought the wrong pizza. We noticed immediately and the driver took the pizza back and said he would return with the correct order. 45 minutes go by so we called and were told it would be another hour and a half! We said just forget it but the person we talked to hung up on us 5 times. We have no idea when our card will be credited back and the person answering phones was super rude. Such a shame, they will no longer have our business.

Worst customer service ever.. they cancel our order and don't inform us. They mark our order as delivered and it takes another 45 minutes to get the pizza delivered.. when I went to the store to find out what was going on they didn't want to remake my order while I waited I had to demand they do it. Then the shift manager took his good ol sweet time! Never got in a hurry or acted like he cared!
