The coffee and donuts were good, but the staff wasn't very friendly or welcoming (none of them smiled or even said good morning). After finishing my donut, I had decided to get a chocolate croissant for my brother, but after getting in the car, I felt it and realized it was rock hard, almost like it was stale. I took it back and asked if I could get a refund or a different donut, but they just took the croissant in the back, warmed it up and handed it back. Honestly, the service was just really bad. You'd be better off going to Kwik Star, or almost anywhere else.

It seems to be every other time I go to this location there is something wrong with my order either something is missing or they don't make something correctly today I got my sandwich and the sausage was still cold not to mention this was a remake since they messed up the first time. The staff could definitely do better especially when it's not busy.

Went with my niece and great nephew (1yr) the took some time but it wasn't bad. The peppermint mocha latte was really good (I got it hot) I also got one for my son at home (I got him a cold one) he was not impressed. Oh well can't win them all. All though the mini- jelly filled donut needed just a little bit more jelly. Other than that it was not bad.

I have not had one time where I placed an order online and they had the coffee I wanted. There is always a machine broken or an item is discontinued...

Usually if I get something it's pretty good. The wait is super long and the inside is not open. If they mess up on something no one wants to sit back in line for another 15 minutes. I also ordered a bagel toasted with cream cheese and got the cream cheese on the side now not on the bagel. I don't 2ant to pay 4$ for bagel and cream cheese . With no cream cheese on my bagel and on top of that no knife to spread it with. So I couldn't politely walk in grab my own knife because it's closed ont he inside. Horrible experience

Like McDonald's, if one machine goes down then a whole slew of drinks can't be ordered. Here the espresso machine is their Achilles heel.
