Happy Joe's

My experience was horrible!!! I came for the buffet on my lunch break at 12 expecting to be able to eat lunch. I paid $12 for two slices of pizza! I was very disappointed, there was never more then 1 whole pizza out! The place had customers but more then 6 people left disappointed due to not having food out at a time when this establishment knows people come to eat! The salad bar was empty and dirty! Pastas were dry and barely filled! The whole time I waited never was any dessert pizzas brought out nor regular pizzas for people to eat! This is not a place I would recommend for lunch again! I have worked at a place similar To this for 12 years with a buffet, deliveries, catering orders and regular order going on and NEVER once had customer experience such a horrible lunch experience! Something needs to be done! Telling customers it’s like this because your short staffed is NOT an excuse! If this was the case then your staff shouldn’t have time to be on their phones, eating in the back or standing around!

One of my favorite places to go when I was a kid. This place needs a major rejuvenation! The parking lot is bumpy, the outside sign is faded beyond belief, the decor and equipment needs replaced by a new look, staff needs to be a little nicer to other guests especially since children are present. Pizza is still on par today with it's unique flavor and price. I don't think I will be returning with my kids unfortunately. You need a rescue

The pizza was okay. The buffet is better in my opinion. But the play place was definitely not what it used to be. The games seemed to almost all be not dispensing the tickets that you win from playing each game. There was not toilet paper in either of the stalls in the restroom. And the play place was very understaffed. The young lady did the best she could keeping up with everything that she could. But there should have been more than one person there. Overall I was not satisfied with our trip here. I hope t

They took an hour to bring two pizzas, then when they brought it out, they didn’t even bring plates or cups so we had to watch our food get cold until someone finally came. We didn’t want to complain instantly so we just bought more fresh pizza but they took another 40 minutes our guests for the party started to leave the table. They then spilled water on my cousins shoes and didn’t even offer napkins. Don’t go here for any kids parties. Or food. Or anything. It’s not even worth the wait. I promise you.

Happy Joe's has done nothing but disappoint for several years. They no longer properly cook their pizzas. 98% of the time their pizza comes out under-cooked and doughy. Dear Happy Joe's management, please instruct all of your restaurants to fully cook your pizzas. It use to be the oven cook would check the underside of the pizza and when it cracked, the pizza was done. Now I think they just make sure the cheese is melted and call it done. It makes for a really bad experience and it happens at ALL locations. I continue to try and give them a chance, because their pizza is incredible when cooked properly. My advice to anyone experiencing the same issue(everyone), request they cook it "well done". About 60% of the time I order it well done, I get an excellent pizza. the other 40% of the time they either get carried away and burn it, or they ignore the request and the pizza is still a doughy mess.
