The food was fresh and a great experience for our first time. We pulled up 30 minutes before close, and everything was made to perfection 👌👌. The night shift crew in late September can make my food again, anytime!

Walked in with a pretty large order but Jennifer and Jasmine and crew took great care of us and did our order quickly and it was all correct!

Went through drive through at another location ordered two cinnamon and raisin biscuits. 15 minutes later I realized that gave me the wrong order. They gave me biscuit and gravy. I did not have time to turn around. I stopped at the The nearest hardee's and explained I hadn't given the wrong food at another location. The store manager Sergio was very understanding. And although it was not his stores error he was gracious and corrected it. Now I can enjoy #my favorite cinnamon and raisin biscuits. Thank you Sergio and Ashnati.

Ok so lady at counter was new was 100% they didn't have the 2 for 4 sausage biscuits so bought 1 and a drink on my way out saw the manager and asked when they to the sausage biscuits of the 2 for 4 and he said they didn't they took it off 2 for 3 and put it on the 2 for 4 I said im not trying to get anyone in trouble but lady said you didn't have ot anymore. He went of grabbed a fresh and got one from the rack handed it to me and apologized that's how you take care of an upset customer who's being nice as he can about the mistake made. Thanks for making my morning better. Will definitely be back for my breakfast runs again

One of the best Hardee's I've been too. Super clean restaurant and bathrooms. Customer service was awesome and the wait time was great. The food was fresh and hot.

WHAT A SERVICE!! Jennifer G was awesome! Quick, respectful, order was perfect, fries were crunchy. And the pies fresh as well. I loved it !

The service was quick, and the staff was friendly. The burger was really tasty, but the fries were cold, which was a bit disappointing. Also, the chicken strips were quite salty.

Ordered 3 meals for my 2 sons and I. No French fries because the fryer was broken but the staff was nice and the burgers were very good! Very neat and clean restaurant.

They didn't have Chicken Stars or the Chicken Santa Fe Sandwich, its not Carl's Jr. sadly - that's ok! The drIve through window lady was THE BEST!!! She absolutely knew what we wanted but sadly couldn't provide. Places like these have the beat customer service. When your customer service knows what other franchisees have on the West Coast vs East Coast, you hired the right person.
