So, parking is a nightmare, but that is very minor compared to how good rhis BBQ actually is. Nice main street location with a cozy atmosphere. Definitely worth the ¼ mile walk from where I found a spot to park.

Cozy restaurant in downtown Darlington South Carolina. It wasn’t busy when we stopped in for a bite during lunchtime on Wednesday afternoon. They have a great selection of craft beers in bottles and on draft. Wonderful barbecue options that include pork , beef brisket, and chicken. The pork belly burnt ends are delicious and crispy yet tender inside . Defiantly them as starter! I ordered the beef brisket which comes with two sides . The brisket was amazingly tender and a great taste. The other people in our party our party tried the pork grilled Cheese on Texas toast that included bacon! Amazing food and service . Will define Italy be back !

My wife and I had a wonderful time at Fahrenheit 225 tonight. The wait staff did a great job, we enjoyed the loaded nachos and the brisket grilled cheese. The best item tonight though was the butter pecan cake!

At first we seemed out of place but was immediately welcomed with a warm hello and smile. Genease (not sure of the spelling) was WONDERFUL. She went through the menu with us since it was our first time. She went above and beyond with her service and hospitality!! We unknowingly went on Trivia and Bingo night so we had a great time. Good food and even better service. Definitely will be back!!

AMAZING BBQ and service! I am from Texas so always joke that the Carolinas don't know how to do BBQ but BOY DO THESE GUYS! They are family owned and operated and you can tell that they pour their heart and soul into this place. I can't wait to go back and left very full and happy :)
