Bought Pies on Wednesday, 11/24/21, to bring to my Cousins for Thanksgiving. The Pumpkin was delicious but the Apple was terrible. It was so full of lemon one could not even taste the apples, or anything else! It went uneaten and ended up being thrown out.

Ok, so I have been a huge fan of the menu at AD. The food itself, the execution, the preparation and the expiration dates not so much. Did this chain get sold? The food is now mass produced with same day expiration dates restocked from bins from other stores and perhaps thawed after being frozen. The Riverside store was always on point when I went there about 7 years ago. Unfortunately the Darien store is nothing like the quality and freshly prepared culture that used to be.

Love this place. Everyone should have the ginger tea. Food is delicious and good customer service. They even had dog treats for my little pup.
