This is our first time ordering from here. The food was delicious and it was good portions. Definitely will be ordering from this place again.
Uncle Mao’s takes a while, but it’s so worth it. It’s been a staple for my family for over a decade and we’re very sad to hear of its impending closing. The food is just top notch, some of the very best Chinese I’ve ever had.
To bad, this fine restaurant is closed for good. They retired. A great loss. They had the best all around food. A deli will replace this spot.
I’ve been a customer for many years. During the height of the pandemic there were some “operational hiccups” (long waits, don't answer phone, etc) but they’ve recently revamped their website and offer on line ordering. *Edit: not speaking fluent English well enough to make small talk with you, not abiding by your assumed standard American customs, and not having a giant smile permanently plastered on their faces does not make them rude or unfriendly. So disappointed by so many of these reviews. Tsk tsk.

Our normal place has been too busy. First time here and it was great. Vegetable egg rolls were awesome. If we are this happy with the food a few more times then we'll probably make this our go to place. ---carryout review
