Horrible customer service!!! You cannot speak directly to a person, they only communicate via text and email (some details need to be discussed verbally). The owner is very dismissive. She canceled my event before I did because I had questions. I was having an outside caterer and they stated the kitchen would be locked with NO access - taking it that if your caterer had to rinse off utensils they would have to use the restrooms (disgusting). When I went to see the hall was not greeted by person showing the hall for at least 3-5 mins as I was in plain sight. The overall customer service is 0 - HORRIBLE!

Keya Graves in Yeadon Pa Hey Facebook family I just wanted to let you all know about an experience I had with Keya Graves venue. I was in the process of getting some information about the venue to schedule an event when I gave a call to the number online for them I was told to complete a request form which I did A representative txt me back with menu and beverage package pricing. I texted and asked if we could schedule a call to go over questions I had. That’s when the representative became rude and dismissive. She even went as far as far as to be argumentative. The rep spent the next 30 mins arguining via txt . I would not recommend using their services . Keya Graves

Great place to have a gathering or party. The room provided for the event was very elegant,stylish and modern. The staff mainly one gentleman detail cleaned before we arrived and provided excellent service and help we needed to decorate and have fun throughout the evening. The lady that served adult beverages was very fast. There was never a wait in line to get a cocktail and she smiled with guest and kept a professional and courteous attitude throughout the evening. If you want to have an event. I highly recommend this banquet hall. I must also mention the parking was very good as well. And this place is easy to get to by Uber,cab,personal vehicle or Septa Transportation.
