Burger King

I seriously never complain unless I really have to. I never had problems with this place before, but last week was a nightmare. The cashier was unprofessional, rude & didn't want to admit she made a mistake. Then they tried to overcharge me & when I asked for the manager she said he was very busy. If I hadn't been running late, they wouldn't gotten an earful. Being professional & friendly is not that difficult. I'm sure they get horrible customers but I was still trying my best to be polite. Won't be going back

This place is a joke. Ate in and every single table was dirty, and no it wasn't shot staffed there were 7 people in there. Not busy either.The lady making the food was yelling super loud and cussing at a coworker, the people eating inside all looked to the back. I have no idea what's going on with people these days but It'd be better if robots took this type of people's place.

Showed up at 9pm when they close at 12am and there were a hand written sign that says they closed at 8pm due to staff shortage BUT clearly I saw a full crew and when asked the lady at window and looked at the manager the manager was very rude and said "can't they see we are closed" and that was enough for me to take my daily business to Wendy's just a few feet away......

I purchased a meal, requested extra onions, mustard and NO PICKLE! Drove home a half an hour, to discover no mustard, minimal onion, 3 times the ketchup and extra pickle! I could have lived without the mustard, but the pickle was a no go! Called the store spoke with the manager, she took my information and said when you are by next, you can get a free meal. Went there today, they could not find my information, all I had was my ereceipt on the app. That wasn't good enough. So I spent 16.00 on a drink and fries. Guess where I went for lunch today Burger King....A & W.

I usually don't write bad reviews but I have never been to a place more consistently bad than this burger King. Every. Single. Time. I go there they serve everything cold, like they make a bunch of food and leave it sitting until they sell it all even if it takes hours. The only time I ever got hot food was when I stopped at night, so if your hungry during the day, don't go here. You'll get poor service and even worst food. They're understaffed so I understand they're frustrated but I literally watched a staff member yell at the customer in front of me over an order. I love bk, so I've given them multiple chances and I have never gotten good food during the day. Just stay away from this bk, it's not worth it
