Horrible service, the manager is extremely rude and puts very little ice cream on all items. You can tell that the workers were embarrassed by her attitude. The ice cream is good but but the manager needs to chill and not be so cheap for having an ice cream shop next to a college.
This has always been a very good Baskin Robbins. My favorite is Rocky Road or Jamoca Almond Fudge scoops on a sugar cone. I love ice cream that actually melts in the heat of July. I normally have it dripping down the front if my shirt. Yummy! 😋
Even though its valentines day they were out of most flavors. Not sure how my bill was $16 for a brownie Sunday and a small shake that was almost all milk. Girl had an attitude which I understand since it was busy
Some of the staff here are incredibly rude. The staff member at the counter was talking to her friends across the counter (who didn’t work there) and ignored my sister and I. Another person was putting more ice cream out. We were the only people inside the store. We waited about 10 minutes and didn’
Nice clean friendly atmosphere. Fast service. They brought the food to the table.
Typically run by teenagers. So be prepared lol.

So. It’s hard to mess up ice cream. So I won’t complain about the food. But…the manager and staff were pretty awful. I didn’t get names as it was hard to get their attention. Blonde manager. Short girl with brown hair. I understand it was the end of night…but damn. They were super rude.
We arrived at 15 minutes before closing and the doors were already locked and employees would not take care of customers. Poor business
