Taco Bell

Okay usually I am happy with this particular taco bell but not tonight 10-2-2021 . There was an extremely long line and wait in the drive thru . When I ordered i specifically asked for 3 soft tacos add sour cream, which means that's just lettuce, cheese and sour cream , the drive thru attendant ask do I want tomatoes I plainly said no tomatoes . Now my husband and I got our order and what do I find all 3 of my soft tacos with tomatoes . I hate tomatoes . And they want 15.00 an hour for getting orders wrong . I wasn't about to wait in the drive thru for another 30 minutes to get different tacos . Get it right the first time.

Fantastic service! Despite having many cars outside and what seemed to be large orders or difficult customers, they still got everything perfectly done, quick, and everything was delicious. The lady who handed me my food was very kind and bright and really made the whole experience next level. You guys are doing great!

Iv been calling for 20 min straight to get a simple order fixed. My Mexican pizza and 2 Supreme tacos where forgotten. Like I said iv been calling for 20 min and once they answered put me to the side for 1min and 42 sec then hung up. They get 2 stars because the rest of my food was in the bag... I wish they would have just talk to me about a replacement since I like 40 min away. And spend $40 pluse. It has been fixed...

So I ordered on the mobile app and it took my money but didn't finish checking me out so it didn't pop up onthere screen until I had paid for my order in the drive thru where I sat at for 12 minutes so then they refunded my mobile order and I parked and now I have been sitting out here waiting on 3 items from 11:11 till 11:41 they said they would bring out my order and still have not I went tothe door even which granted there is five cars in the drive thru I am waiting on 3 items and it have been sitting here since 11:11 and it's 11:41 this is nuts
