Review Cattleman's Roadhouse - Danville

This was our first time at a Cattleman's Roadhouse and it was a great experience overall. The decor was wood 🪵 themed. The one wall was cool as it was a lot of various tree cross sections and sizes. There was also a nice decorative fireplace 🔥 in the back wall. The steaks were all tender and well seasoned. Mine was undercooked when it initially arrived, but they put it back on the grill and it came back the medium I had ordered. Billy was a great waiter and stopped by often to check on us. We will definitely go again.

Had rack of ribs with baked potato, wow it was good; however, had to put half in a to-go box and leave because it was 58 degrees inside and 97 outside. Told waiter that was also freezing and he said management wanted it cold to keep bacteria down and tables flipping quickly. I will say, no one was staying long. I like it very cool; however, it was uncomfortable in the restaurant. Ever table close to us was complaining. We ask to be moved outside, which was lots better even at 97. Silverware, glasses and everything else frosted over when we walked outside. Overall, kind of worth it, 3 other tables came outside, once we came outside.

Never met a more unprofessional management. Trent needs go back to hospitality class. We was given salad shrimp in place of the jumbo shrimp cause they was out. Charged the same. Hopefully a call to corporate in the morning we can straighten this out. I love cattlemans thats whats the most disappointing. Sundays after church it was the place to be. Poor management can ruin the future of a company or a restaurant Update 4/11/22. After a courtesy call from corporate I am pleased the way this was handled by the company itself. The whole situation could have totally been avoided if management would have been considerate of the customer. Maybe hospitality is not the field this particular manager should pursue. Took the family out to eat dinner here. Wait time was only 20 minutes for a table, which isn't bad considering it's a Sunday night and the place is always packed. Clay was our waiter and he was the absolute best. He took our order with accuracy, was very polite, and continued to check on us. The food was amazing and cook to perfection, like always. Cattleman's never disappoints

We ate here for Father's day and it was one of my best experiences eating out EVER! Our server was SUMMER, and she went above and beyond. From beginning to end our experience was awesome. I will be making the 45 minute drive more often. I hated not being able to put our name on the waiting list and had to wait over and hour but the wait was worth it. There was not one time I needed to ask for anything because she was already there filling our drinks back up and clearing off the empty plates. Our main course was served right on time after we finished our salads from the salad bar (that had everything you could want on your salad). I wish I had room for dessert. I'll save room for next time and make sure we ask for Summer again. Thanks for everything and for Mking my dad's father's day dinner great!!

Normal wait time was fine, busy night for them. Able to get a seat at the bar, then we met our bartender Levi, he needs to go back to basics. Long wait to get his attention, seemed to have more fun flipping cups and showing off than tending to customers. Ordered food and waited over an hour to get it. He was rude to another customer about her specific order, altogether, not a great experience and no intentions on returning

Our Sunday lunch was pretty good. The salad bar was fresh and well stocked. Items were fresh. My 6oz sirloin was good. Not a bad place at all. I recommend it for a change.
