Didnt get all what ordered(Missing fries & cole slaw). Had to wait forever for the order. Also asked for grilled & they dont have it anymore.

Ordered two hours ago and still haven’t received my food. And when i tried calling they won’t answer their phones. They keep telling my dasher that it takes a while to make. Yet it was only a 12 peice bucket with 4 sides. This is supposed to be “fast food”. No one would even wait this long in a DINE IN restaurant!. Horrible service. Horrible management.

The food was nice and hot but when I placed my order I was told they were out of wings and I could substitute for legs or thighs. I chose legs and was CHARGED FOR IT 😡Not Cool. I would have questioned at the time but I didn't review my bill till later, so my fault. 🤔🧐
