Not the brightest stars in the sky working here. Apparently they require me to tell every single employee in the building over and over to show them proof of who I'm there for. I am a doordash driver and I refuse anymore to show proof of who I'm here for cuz no other customers have to do it. I'm pretty sure that's discrimination. I will follow up on it.

The food is amazing! The prices are a little high, however the food always taste good and is fresh everytime! Service is great too! I know people say service is slow, but I know from visiting other locations they always are as the food is cooked fresh upon placing and order and I don't mind waiting for quality food!!!

This is by far my favorite location. The staff is always friendly and the subs come out perfect every single time. I also must brag on the young man that runs this establishment. He literally is the kindest person and goes above and beyond every single time. I’d love to see him get promoted and whip some of the other establishments into shape. Love this location!

This would have been a 5 star review but the wait time was atrocious. Not to mention that the girl ringing us up took the time to ring up an employee who was not in line. Not something you do in any business. If she wanted to pay for a meal she needs to stand in line like the rest of us. Now that that's over, the subs were fantastic. I got the Smoked Cheddar Brisket and I savored every bite. My wife got the Engineer and said it was the best sub she had ever had. The Firehouse decor was so authentic and adds to the experience. I understand it's still new so maybe they haven't gotten the customer service thing down yet but they definitely need to have a better person ringing up.

Great subs! Hands down the best franchise subs around. I’ve been dealing with seeing a lot of negative people on here talking about wait times, long lines and such. It’s a new restaurant. Just opened. And everyone wants the best. All I can say is keep up the good work, keep making the BEST SUBS and it’s awesome that a local fireman owns the franchise.
