Key West Shaved Ice

I had a yummy Rootbeer float & hubby had a hot fudge Sunday. The vanilla ice cream is the best I’ve ever had! Creamy & full of flavor. Owner was very friendly & fun to talk to. Very busy place with smiling faces. Our first time but certainly not our last. Can’t wait to try other flavors!!! All the ice cream is homemade & so many to choose from! Clean place with plenty of places to sit inside or out! We love spending our money at small businesses! Thanks for the new experience, see ya soon! 🍨 🍦 😋

This was a really neat place. My fiancée and I were visiting from Orlando and decided to stop in. I love snow cones and they're hard to find in Florida. (Florida likes Italian ice) This place had true shaved ice. The man running the shop was very friendly and welcoming. The prices were a little steep but that's alright when you know your money is going directly to this small business owner. The paintings and mural were very cool. This is all around a great place!

Stopped by here while on this side of town because I had it in my saved and wanted to try it out! Richard was really nice and the shop was really clean! His wife stopped in to visit with him shortly and she was also VERY sweet! He recommended what I should try (alcoholic, of course 😜) and it did not disappoint!!

Amazing ice cream!!!! The ice cream maker worked at Jaxsons for 40 years and his recipes are amazing. I had the $5 bowl of ice cream which includes two flavors. The cookies and cream tasted very fresh and had chunks of Oreos. The mint chip was made with large chocolate chunks and was delish. They have indoor and outdoor seating. We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and were served immediately. They offer samples! They also serve shaved Ices. This is a must place to visit, if you like quality ice cream. The $5 serving is huge! The staff was friendly and didn’t rush our order.

Mom wanted ice cream and so when I walked into this Key West Shaved Ice business that stated there's homemade ice cream I was surprised to find out that the former Jaxson's ice cream maker, Cleveland was now here. I ordered the Rocky Road Ice Cream in a cup for Mom and it was a large portion for the $5 I paid. I had to try the Vanilla for myself although I was sure that we could not eat all this ice cream but we were going to try. It was fabulous. I building is very colorful and you can't miss it as you travel down US 1 in search of delicious dessert.
