Nathan's Famous

First time at a Nathan's eatery. Was excited because I remember eating nathan's hotdogs at ball games. Wait staff was nice but food was subpar. No snap in the dog's, no bite in the peppers, milkshake was everything but (more like whip cream with oreo cookies) Then again... it was the mall... am I expecting too much?

Had a very subpar experience. Saw that Nathan's added new items to their menu such as chicken sandwich's, I tried the new southern chicken sandwich. Waited 10 plus minutes for my food and ordered my food before others behind me only for them to receive theirs first. Once i had my food i was disappointed, the sandwich had two giant breaded pieces of chicken which were way to big and I couldn’t get my mouth around it i had to separate the pieces. The chickens breading was so bland and had no flavor as well as fell off all over the place. The fries were the same fries i knew from years ago but otherwise it was just okay. Definitely not going back for a while.

Ordered a large fry and a plain hot dog.. kid on the register just stood there waiting for someone else to make it and then an old woman came up, made my hot dog without wearing gloves so she barehanded my bun and then the dog and then put the fries in the bag without gloves.. DISGUSTED by this especially during today’s era .. shut this place down
