Awful meal at Michael’s tonight. Came here for the wings for a grandparent’s birthday and I don’t eat wings so I tried one of the specials - the pineapple jerk tacos. Well these were supposed to be corn tortillas however came in flour tortillas which didn’t work for me as I am gluten free. I was able to dissect them to eat the steak inside but couldn’t eat much more as the meal was saturated in a very sweet bbq sauce and cole slaw. If your don’t have dietary restrictions or don’t care about eating healthy, I’d say that it would be best to stick with wings at this place....which they are known for. This is a spot I only eat at when family wants to come for the free birthday wings. Otherwise it’s not a restaurant I’d normally consider but it seems to have a pretty active bar scene and friendly staff.

The Malibu baybreeze is my new favorite drink Bathroom was clean and the waiter was very helpful, and funny. Updating review for recent visit... It was nice when we got there for a cousins birthday. They offer free wings on your birthday. We were a party of 16 which is a size they get regularly. It took nearly 20 minutes for everyone to get their drinks. Then there was confusion when the busboy brought out a few plates and didn't know what plate was what. When it was time to leave the waitress split the bill into 2 bills. One for the smaller table and one for the longer table and said "I didn't know what you guys wanted to do so you can figure it out" and I still didn't get a box for my kids fries until after mlthe rest if my party had left even though myself and 3 other members of my party had asked for one.

We had such a nice time tonight. I love the free birthday wings. It turns into a reunion when we go out. The nachos were great. They had a nice menu. We were stuffed. The kids had a nice time going out. The only problem of the night was the cold air coming in. It also felt like the cold was coming from the wall. We would still go back for more. 😊

My boyfriend and I are regulars and the food is always fantastic. Last night I decided to go with my family to celebrate my birthday we ordered 50 wings and we were very disappointed of how the wings were so small they were the size of my pinky , crunchy & untasteful. The wings almost seemed as if they were old, wasn’t worth the money at all.We also had poor service from our server she made an excuse that’s how they order them, which is a lie because we’ve been coming here for years and I’ve never seen their wings so small EVER. This will actually be our last time coming here.

Excellent food that's reasonably priced. The free birthday wings were meaty and delicious in a variety of flavors. We also got 3 different salads that were all good, the nacho platter was piled high and delicious, and my son had a burger that was huge and cooked exactly as ordered. The young man waiting on us was very friendly and attentive, checking on us often, and got all of our orders right and to the table quickly and hot. I would definitely highly recommend Michael's II Cafe.

It's kind of a dive, but it's my dive. The drinks are strong, the burgers are really good, and the wings are plentiful. Go at lunch time for some good pub fare and to avoid the massive crowds that show up at night. Parking is a little hairy, so don't be surprised if you have to cross the street some nights. Be really careful as rt. 53 is incredibly busy and not very well lit.
