I was kind of skeptical since I'm a picky eater...however your mild boneless wings are probably my favorite wings I've ever eaten! When reading the menu I though how odd to serve with the tortilla chips...but omg your chips are so good! Lol def will become a regular spot for me! Love it here! We tried a variety of menu items on our first visit. I tried the Cajun dry rub wings and the mild wings. Both were excellent. My wife had a shrimp taco, a fish taco, and a Baja avocado taco. Everything we had tasted great. We will definitely be back!!
This place is magical and just so perfect. Everything from its decor to its delicious food is amazing! � I truly recommend and of the tacos options OR the wings!!! ���
Wonderful place! Options for everyone in the family including kids. Avocado taco and shrimp taco were wonderful as well as the honey bacon boneless wings we all shared. Will definitely be coming back!

I love Baja Coop. They have a fun atmosphere, friendly serve, and amazing food. The Baja style tacos are my favorite. I highly recommend you give them a try.

The honey bacon boneless wings were great and the baja battered fish bowl was excellent. I could eat the fish just by itself.

**UPDATE**
We were able to give Baja Coop a shot today and it was excellent! Food was wonderful and the staff was very attentive to our needs. The food was fresh and light, not heavy like some fried foods can be. Our 1-year old loved everything...we will definitely be back. Thanks Heather...and thanks to the Baja Coop staff!
We tried giving Baja Coop a shot today. We placed our order and then it got busy right after us. The workers were friendly but they seemed short handed today for the rush they were getting. TJ was trying to help as well, but the whole place seemed in chaos at this time. Our one year old was getting frustrated, so I went to ask about our drinks 20 minutes after ordering our food...we finally got those. We continued to wait for our food (boneless wings and Mexican corn). We noticed that tacos and more tacos kept coming out of the kitchen...it seemed like they served everyone that came in after us. 40 minutes after ordering, we walked back up to the counter and asked about our food. The workers said it would be "a while longer". At this time, our one year old was beyond hungry and it seemed like our food hadn't even been started yet. We asked for a refund and left. Maybe we will be back...maybe not. We love Cyra's and appreciate TJ's contributions to our local scene, but Baja Coop just seemed very poorly managed today.
The food is sooo good. We ordered wings and tacos and both were awesome! They have the best desserts too!

I can’t believe it’s taken me 3 years to find this place. It was my first visit here & I will make sure to take all my family and friends here. They don’t have seating for large parties- It’s small, but worth it if you have to wait a few minutes for a table. (They do have outside seating. ) The decor is great and well put together and CLEAN ! The menu is small , but that is a good thing b/c you know that what they make is good. Too many choices means things are microwaved, frozen and thrown on a plate. Small menus means you get fresh cooked food that is high quality. But there is definitely something for everyone.
The staff asked questions to make sure I found the best menu items to fit my tastes. The food is fresh and hormone/antibiotic free. It’s homemade with a good variety of homemade wing sauces. $10 bucks for 15 wings! Not a single thing they could do better. I will be a customer for life. Plus it’s great to support small businesses. Give them a try, you will be glad you did.
Great flavor, friendly prompt service
I can’t imagine a restaurant more together than this one! The service is On Fire!!! And the kitchen is even more amazing! The chef is super helpful and the orders go in, and food comes out delicious in literally less time than anywhere other than fast food! And the flavor and quality are amazinggg!! So glad we found this little gem.

Liked the lime pepper wings. And beer. But wish wings were more crispy. Didn't like bbq sauce. Blue cheese is a 10 and the queso and chips!!!
