They really made this store feel contemporary with their new remodeling, I visited here for their 7/12 nationwide promo.(T.Y Subway) I do like their new menu!!! The sandwich makers are pretty fast at this store when somebody pays by card and the card keeps getting declined it backs the whole system/ line up. It's hard to get around that obstacle, without that happening you can get in and out of here pretty quick these days

Great place for a sub, relatively inexpensive. Staff was friendly and patient with my daughter, she wanted to order her own and off the menu if course. They tested her well and got it done fairly quickly, despite being busy. Store was clean, they had masks and gloves and were being safe.

Awful experience. Girl with black hair was extremely rude and careless. didn't get even a hello when i came in. Slinging bottles and food around with a attitude and huffing because I came in around 9 pm. she took absolutely forever to make my food. I usually never have a bad experience at this subway but today was the absolute worse and I will NEVER be eating here again if she is working. especially after finding hair in my food. this has happened TWO nights in a row now.

One of the best subways I’ve been to. every-time I’m in there they are always trying to keep it looking clean and are always kind to the customers. if something happens they apologize and try to fix whatever it is.

For all the complaints on restaurant's or small food shops, put yourself in their shoes, 1st of all ive worked with customers before, no body is perfect and 2nd short staffed everywhere. They are trying to do their best to accommodate everyone and keep there place clean for customers. If anyone has a complaint on people serving them should think twice about what the situration these employees might be dealing with that day...NO ONE IS PERFECT, So REMEMBER a kind word goes further than a hurtful comment.

Paying double what we normally do at the subway off s new hope in Gastonia. One girl didn't take off her gloves or even put new ones on after touching the screens to continue making my sandwich. Other girl had her mouth wide open chewing gum while making the food. Neither of them were friendly, especially the one chewing gum. Food is messy as hell and grease is pouring out of my sandwich!

9.7.2019 7:30pm Newest location but one of the worst service we've encountered at a Subway. The employees were having inappropriate personal conversations in front of the customers and working at an unbelievably slow pace. The sun was still out when we arrived and by the time we got our food it was dark out. Literally 30 minutes. Gracie was especially slow and nonchalant in the way she served the long line that formed behind us. Absolutely ridiculous. They could have at least apologized or offer a free small cup for the drinks fountain. The couple in front of us literally gave up half way through their order and walked out and the 2 ladies looked at each other baffled by them being upset. Unacceptable and never plan on visiting this location again.
