I’ve rarely ever been satisfied with this dunkin, but today I was given uncooked bacon on my wraps. I know it’s most likely microwaved bacon anyway, but this looks raw.
update :: Went to have it remade and the girl who took them from me was very sweet and apologetic. I think they were trading shifts so she left after she told them to remake it. However, they gave and remade me the wrong food item.

Currently writing this review 30 minutes in the drive thru with 4 people ahead of me, another 5 customers in line inside. If you don’t have the staff for the day just shut down. It shouldn’t take 30+ minutes to get a coffee at a place that specializes in fast coffee

I’m aware a coffee order at 8:56 may seem odd. If nobody wants to work the drive thru because it’s closing at 9, just turn your lights off and change your closing times. I sat there waiting for some assistance and received none.

The selection was great but that was about all I can say anything positive about Dunkin Doughnuts.
Make sure sure have something to drink because these doughnuts are dry.
They must have forgotten to add liquid to this recipe.
Not sure why their doughnuts are extremely dry.

How is this place still opened? This is my 2nd time going here 1st time I ordered a coolata tasted like soap or cleaning products. Today I went there for my niece because she really wanted doughnuts the lady was rude I had to repeat my order repeatedly; go to the drive thru window had to repeat it again it was literally 4 doughnuts I will never go there again I do not play about customer service especially if I’m spending my money there. If you don’t like your job that you CHOOSE to work at go somewhere else!!

Months ago, I got a toasted bagel with cream cheese. After I drove away, I started to eat the bagel. Totally burned. Ok. Maybe someone just forgot. I don’t like to be “that person”. So I just shrugged it off.
Fast forward to today...I order the sourdough breakfast sandwich. The bread wasn’t just burned, it was straight up charred. Both sides of both pieces.
In a nutshell. I won’t be buying anything but donuts from this location. Ever. Or maybe I’ll just choose a different location all together.

This location loves to close early and open later than their online hours, and when they are open they hate taking orders and give you your cup full of coffee on the outside

I go to this place quite often and I went in today and the windows on the inside and the outside where you walk in are extremely dirty and that is disgusting I don’t know but you need to get a window cleaning service that’s first impression when you walk in the door and that makes me think the place is disgusting please check your windows it’s not expensive understand people try to save money but it’s a deduction and it’s cheap
