First time having Zaxby's. Food was delicious, IMO somewhere right in between Chick-fil-A and Popeyes on the tasty scale. Staff was friendly. Good place to get a chicken sandwich.

Great restaurant, New staff makes it somewhat challenging to get your order right the first time, but patience and understanding will prevail. Once the order was produced correctly, the food was hot, fresh, smelled great and tasted great, drink machine was stocked and ready. Overall this Zaxbys did not disappoint, keep up the good work.

Waited 45 mins just get receiving the wrong order looks to me like socializing is more important than making money. 😂 what a stomache churning display of leadership and business will not return to this location anytime soon and recommend anyone elae do the same. Eat elsewhere for a moment.

I didnt get my sauce or cookies i payed for. I was on my lunch break from work so i didnt have time to go back and get them. They should have been in the bag the first time i went through the drive through.

If the girl in the drive thru window is going to be rude and not speak, at least the food could've been hot. Will not go back there.

There was a nice worker outside taking orders tonight, she made sure she let us know what exactly they were out of before we ordered. She was pleasant even though it's cold, it was a nice experience.

This Zaxbys is just ok. Sometimes you’ll have to wait an eternity to get your food from the drive thru since their doors are closed or other times you can get your food in 2 seconds.

It looks like for the last 2 orders that I have made at this Zaxby's the food is not made the way is supposed to be. The wings dried with no sauce and feels like it has been seating there for hours. Really disappointed since before maybe 1-2 months ago the food was great. Something have changed here please correct the problems going on.
