This Place is a joke. I ordered from them about a month ago and was shorted items from my order. When I called about it all they offered was to put a credit on my account and they would send it out next order. I asked to speak to a manager and they hung up the phone. Called back and hung up on again, Called a 3rd time got someone else and she had my missing items brought out.
Ordered today and was shorted items again. Ordered 8 piece wings and only 6 in the box and on top of that they look like the came from a pidgeon not a chicken. I guess the delivery driver was hungry and ate the missing wings on the way. Do yourself a favor and throw a totinos in the oven. They are better.

Ordered the parmesan cheese crusted papadies tonight with dipping sauce. I had Philly chicken and pepperoni with sausage. We went to pick them up. They were burned crispy and no dipping sauce. The chicken philly was not cheese crusted. I immediately took them in and told them we didn't want those because the order wasn't complete or right and they were burned. The girl at the front with a pierced nose looked as if we were from outer space. She walked to the back and a guy came up, refunded our money and walked away. No apology for the order, didn't ask what was wrong and didn't offer to redo the order. I will not go back to papa John's for pizza. Marcos has my business now.

I did not know this Papa John's was here but I'm glad I came. Very friendly lady behind the counter and the pizza was amazing! This is a stuffed crust "The Works" pizza.

This is the fifth pizza with the toppings under the cheese. None of ur pizzas r advertised this way so y am I getting pizzas like this? Do I seriously have to ask for my pizza to be made normal?

Delivery took way too long nearly 2 hours. Pizza arrived cold and was left on my front porches with the box semi opened. The driver by the name of Jordan didn’t even bothered to ring the doorbell, knock, nor call to let me know pizza had arrived.

This is the location that is near my home (7.5 miles) and for whatever reason they are no longer delivering to my location. I just spoke to someone in the store and was told that as of April of 2020 they stopped delivery to "that side of 278". I know for a fact by looking at my orders I have ordered there since April 2020, but yet I am stuck with only PH and D as a delivery option. As I told PJ, they would be getting a bad review because they are the only one in Paulding county and yet wont deliver to Dallas anymore. I prefer PJ over D and PH, yet cannot get any thing without doing carryout. Terrible customer service especially since COVID has made people not want to get out as much.

Ordered two pizzas. Both were sent via door dash who dropped them off on our front porch without ringing the door. The only reason we knew they were there was our dog began barking. Both pizzas were barely warm and the toppings on one of the pizzas were slung to one side of the pizza. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. If you can't employ competent drivers I will take my business elsewhere. I have never had this kind of piss poor service with any of their competitors.
