We usually like both the food and service here. My wife likes the #2, because everything on it is good, and we don't need to remember to ask to remove anything. Sometimes they don't remove the whipped topping on shakes even when asked to, and the person on the other end even repeats this. Without the whipped topping, the shakes are very good. Very rarely, there is a rancid smell, easily fixed by changing the oil more often.
