Good quality seafood here. In general, Captain D’s is well done. Even the batter dipped fish have much more fish than batter, which is fried to a crisp and not soggy.
In this shop, There is a young African-American man who we would like to commend for his efficient and friendly service in the night shift.

My wife and I went on a Sunday evening to grab some dinner. I love Captain D's and she can take it or leave it. Most of the time the food is tasty but today it was bad. I got a 4 piece fish meal, the fries were cold and tasted like they were old. The fish was soggy, not crispy at all. The only good thing about it was the cole slaw. The service was fair, I mean what do you expect from a fast food restaurant. I'll eventually go back but it'll be sometime before that happens.

Had the three piece fish and 2 sides(fried okra and fries)as did my girlfriend, and an unexpected surprise, a hair. I immediately told management who took care of the situation without hesitation, and NEVER tried to put the blame on me, as some establishments will try to do.
I was expecting a comp for my meal(I'm also in the food industry) but was surprised when BOTH of our meals were re-funded. The management was very apologetic, more than once.
I told the staff I would give them a good review because of the way they handled this . Great crew. Thank you

Got the lemon pepper grilled fish and it was cold. The green beans were inedible. They were full of hard stems and stringy pieces. The bread stick was good.

Everytime I go here bad, service! Waited in line for ever, then asked to be pulled up when I had to pull to the window to place my order, so i got a refund, because I wasnt pulling up!! Every other time my food wasnt right, or something was missing!! So I warely even go here anymore! It definitely will be a while before I return, get it togetherđŸ‘ˆđŸ™„đŸ™„

Nice location, however seemed short staffed for weekday lunch (probably hard to predict how busy they’ll be.) Food good, service friendly.

If I could give it less than 1 star I would. We waited 45 min. In line and finally left without our order. I have never been to such a horrible place in my life.
