Good quality seafood here. In general, Captain D’s is well done. Even the batter dipped fish have much more fish than batter, which is fried to a crisp and not soggy.

My wife and I went on a Sunday evening to grab some dinner. I love Captain D's and she can take it or leave it. Most of the time the food is tasty but today it was bad. I got a 4 piece fish meal, the fries were cold and tasted like they were old. The fish was soggy, not crispy at all. The only good
Had the three piece fish and 2 sides(fried okra and fries)as did my girlfriend, and an unexpected surprise, a hair. I immediately told management who took care of the situation without hesitation, and NEVER tried to put the blame on me, as some establishments will try to do.

Got the lemon pepper grilled fish and it was cold. The green beans were inedible. They were full of hard stems and stringy pieces. The bread stick was good.
Everytime I go here bad, service! Waited in line for ever, then asked to be pulled up when I had to pull to the window to place my order, so i got a refund, because I wasnt pulling up!! Every other time my food wasnt right, or something was missing!! So I warely even go here anymore! It definitely
Nice location, however seemed short staffed for weekday lunch (probably hard to predict how busy they’ll be.) Food good, service friendly.
The food was tasty and hot but the portion size could be bigger. The baked potato was not fully cooked.
If I could give it less than 1 star I would. We waited 45 min. In line and finally left without our order. I have never been to such a horrible place in my life.
