Love this place!!! The ice cream is one of the best (in my opinion).

If was just me, this place/business don't deserve any star.
They sell you wrong items/products with no opportunity of exchange or refund despite their fault.
When receiving your order, make sure is what YOU REALLY WANT IT, if not, was just a waste of money.
Instead to find a solution, employees are more likely to argue... 🙄 😒

Their aguas frescas are so refreshing. I always get the fresa de leche. Definitely recommend have been going since 2012.

This place has a huge verity of stuff great food you can eat. Only down side is the ladies that work there lack customer service and friendliness. I've been there roughly 5-6 times and not once have I left from there with a pleasant experience. SMILE LADIES.

I went earlier to buy an aguanieve de fresa, and I was eating it on my way back home, just when I was about to be done with it, I saw a dead FLY in my aguanieve. I am absolutely disgusted and will not be going back again.

Skip the chain ice cream shops and get to the paleteria. The selections are vast, the shop is impeccably clean and the service is outstanding. This summer will be filled with trips to this shop. Get the chocolate covered strawberries on a stick, you won't be disappointed. Support local business and give Paleteria Las Azteca a chance, you'll return again and again! Treat yourself!
