The pizza was delicious. Unfortunately once we got to drive thru they told us they ran out of the Pizza To Go option that usually sells for $5 so we order the exact same pizza. I was expecting to be charged $5 but was charged $8. I should have paid attention before paying and asked why I was being charged a higher price or at minimum they should have told us we would be paying the higher price for the same type of pizza. I usually go Dominos and would have order there instead.

I called to place my order at 8:31pm get placed on hold for 5 mins. Then the lady says it will b ready in 20 to 25 mins. I pull up at 9:12pm the lady says she can't give me my order because closing time is 9pm. So why did she not tell me that over the phone and still take my order? Makes no sense. So on the website closing time says 11pm. I tell her that I had called in my order that it was taken to just please give me the pizza because my kids are hungry and I planned on this. She says no because the drawer has already been counted down. I tell her ok so why would she still take my order on the phone and not tell me they close at 9pm? Then I ask her if they made the pizza she says yes; so i say well if you can not give it to me but you made it; because it was called in what are you going to do with the pizza she says she will throw it away. Im just so mad!

I have been a customer since the first place opened on Jim Miller and it has always been our favorite. I always get the veggie pizza which was delicious. I don't know why they quit using red sauce and started using alfredo sauce instead.but it literally makes me sick at my stomach. I can't tolerate the alfredo sauce physically. I have now wasted my money on 4 pizzas because I have forgotten to ask for red sauce. Who thought alfredo sauce was a good choice on pizza??
