Duke at this store is awesome!! That guy just helped me out of a jam that had nothing to do with him. Very nice and helpful guy. Wish all workers were on his caliber!

I brought some cheese rolls on 2-3-2022 and the Chinese guy was awesome and very polite however he suggested that I keep my reciet just in case they were over cooked. I brought them back on 2-4-2022 and was verbally asulated by Brian that should not be working there. After that he went outside and smoke a cigarette and left the other young lady in the store to help a line of customers all by her self. So inconserideret of him. Brian is such a horrible individual and really needs some mental help. I really hope he gets the help he needs in life and not talk and treat people the way he treated me. People like him make people not want to shop or spend money at this location. I live in the colony and NEVER HAVE I BEEN VERBALLY ABUSED THE WAY I WAS ON TODAY. This happened around 10:10 am or 10:20 am on 2-4-2022. I am sending ALL THE EXECUTIVES A LENETH EMAIL AND C.C. EVERYONE ON IT BECAUSE SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE.

Worst location, really bad service from the Manager. He's rude, arrogant and does not know how to run a business. Allows the panhandlers to harass the customers inside and out the store. Don't do business here!!!!!!

I made a cash purchase at 7:48 pm on Friday November 19th 2021 and the female cashier slid a $1 bill with a dime sized hole with my change. I noticed it later on and when I returned to the store to report the bad behavior, the snotty male cashier working on thanksgiving morning was rude. Customer service is non-existent here

Service is pretty quick when I'm there in the afternoons. Staff is pretty friendly. this I have to hit them on is they don't do anything about the homeless beggers that will even sometimes purposefully get in your way so you have to interact with them. The store blares classical music over loudspeakers outside the store to try and deter them, but they've gotten use to it now. Most 7/11 stores are police friendly. . . this one not so much.

My credit card was skimmed here and was maxed out by whoever stole my info 🤷🏻 wouldn’t go here at night—even during the daytime you’ll get harassed. If you’re getting a car wash, pay at the wash station—the gas pumps don’t always print your receipt.
