By far the worst 7-11 in the ecosystem - it's never open at night! I live within walking distance so I've tried over 5 times to visit and it's never once been open. Always has "The store closed. System down". The guy in there is never working - just listening to music. I've never seen this place open past midnight since i moved to the area 3 months ago.

Horrible car wash. Paid $14 for the wash. Just got my car wet. Didn't wash it with soap. Sat there for 4mins to make sure. Cheap -

The individual working the register appeared to have me go through a complete transaction, before he voided the transaction to cash (I was paying with a card). He scanned my item for what appeared to be a second transaction, so I asked the gentleman if I would be charged twice. The employee immediately became hostile and began yelling at me that he didn't charge me twice, amongst other insults and hostilities. After a heated exchange, I exited the store.
It seems the employee is attempting to steal cash from the store without being noticed.

Huge thank you to the employees working on 10/15/21 around 11am who helped my lost senior father connect with me, you are a true blessing and he said you could not have been kinder to him in his time of need. Thank you!

Told a homeless person that their bathrooms were out of service. Then waved me in, as if the bathrooms were in service only for me.

This restroom is disgusting. I brought it up to the cashier and she ignored me. I asked for the store manager and he just shrugged his shoulders. This is absolutely gross! I didn’t even sit down because there was feces all over the toilet and hair and dirt all over the sinks. The door has something running down it I used my T-shirt to get out!!! Run as fast as you can from this 7-11 they give 0 cares.

I just went by and bought a package of hard boiled eggs and cheese wrapped in pepperoni- I took one bite out of the egg and this yellowish smelly water shot out of the egg and I immediately smelled the foulest odor - I hope to God I don’t have salmonella! The date on the package was 8/2019 so it showed to still be good. I had no reason to believe it was spoiled.

When it comes to 7-11 this place doesn't even compete. There's always an army of cashiers behind the register that will just stare at you as if you were a plague that ruins their day. They'll eventually get to you as their very last priority after they're done messing around with anything and everything else they can find to put before you; without so much as a "be right with you".
Maybe some of those cashiers that are just staring and doing nothing could fill the coffee or the hot dog condiments that are empty more often than not.
Can't say anyone should expect much from 7-11. But is a "Hello, a chilli dog and a cup of coffee" too much to expect?
