This place is a pain to get a smoothy at. They have conflicting signs one saying to come to the walk up window for your online orders. Then one on the walk up window saying drive-through only. Which meant after follow the larger printed sign and told not to do that; I needed wait behind everyone and their dog to place their orders, have it made, and paid for... just to pickup my online ready to go order.
Basically don't order online here. It doesn't save any time and if it wasn't for the conflicting signs (and the fact they change to drive through only randomly) I wouldn't have made this review 1 star.

Worst location and even worse employees. I ordered ahead and when I got there to pick up, I then had to wait over 20 minutes with two other black gentlemen while waiting for several white cheerleaders who had just placed their orders. This location is prejudiced to its customers. I would recommend getting your smoothies elsewhere

I took advantage of the free delivery offer on the app yesterday and today.
Today I ordered three smoothies for my staff via the app at 12:10pm on Thursday December 23rd for delivery with a 15% tip, but only received one smoothie at 12:45pm. Called the Skillman location after my training meeting around 2pm. Was informed the driver initially picked up two, then came back for one. Was also informed the driver came back 20 minutes ago and they gave him another two smoothies and that I should wait another hour. (I assume they guessed which ones as they were all different smoothies?? Was never asked my name, or order number so I guess they knew I would be calling?? But if what she is saying is remotely true, then it means the driver has been there three times, received five smoothies, and only delivered one?? It means she is asking me to wait another hour for something that left her store 20 minutes ago when it's a 6-8 minute drive??) More than likely this was all a lie and just an attempt to get me off the phone. I called again at 5:30pm and was told it was not thier responsibility that I needed to call the driver. I informed the young lady I placed my order thru the Smoothie king app and it wasn't 3rd party. She informed me it was not thier responsibility for orders on the app; despite the app stating clearly to call the location for a refund for delivery issues. I asked for the corporate number and was placed on hold for 12 minutes. She then told me her manager Lina told her to tell me to go online for the corporate number..... wasting my time yet again.... I'm not saying I'm the most loyal Smoothie King customer, I'm just a customer attempting to recieve what was paid. I'm not asking for an apology or an explanation... just attempting to get back what was paid and not received. .. it is really that simple.... Please help!!

I love the smoothies, but like many others who have visited this location, I too have experienced the rude employees that work here. Many times when I order, I feel like I'm constantly putting them out. They sound incredibly annoyed at every request I have.

I’ve been blocked into this line for over twenty-five minutes (no joke) and they’ve literally only helped two cars. This is by far the slowest service of any eatery in town. I could’ve gotten food faster at chilis.

I’ve been in line for 20 mins and only two cars have been helped. I can’t even leave as they blocked off the drive thru (2nd lane) so you are stuck. Worst service ever.

This location has became last place in my SK of Chose, I will GLADLY!! from now on go to other locations that are out of my way rather then to continue to do business here. The service is horrible.. for one, I have come to this location several times after having a online order just to arrive, and for one to have almost everyone inside STARE at me like they are wondering why am I there, then when someone finally comes to the Window... they don't have my Order, that was supposed to have been done 10min prior! And now when I put in a order, and literally 2 min before I pull in, I get a call saying they closed, when your hrs are to close at 9pm.. and it was only 5pm!! 🤔🤔🤔
