I have so much to say about this store but you gotta fight the war one battle at a time-- Today, 3/18 at 11:30 pm the store clerk locked the door and was just leaning on the cash register watching videos on his phone while there was a crowd of people outside the door trying to get in. I get that you guys don't have the staffing to be 24/7 (despite what your hours on google maps say) but to just lock the door and relax on your phone when there are 5 or more people standing outside hoping to be let in is ridicules. This happens often at this location btw

The associates try to zoom by the screen that allows you to input your number, or the screen that allows you to take advantage of discounts..on food or fuel savor rewards ..

Air Station wasn't accepting credit cards, went in and asked if they could turn it on. It only works with quarters. Asked if they had an ATM, was told in the back. Paid the ATM fee and came back to the counter to get quarters. Come to find out it was broken all along. - EDIT #1 - I shared my experience on your website after you replied to my review. EDIT #2 - 7-Eleven deleted their response to my review and sent me an email saying no resolution/case closed.

This location is a dump.not only do they have homeless people all over the place. But they are more enjoyable to deal with than the employees are extremely rude. I even had the store manager teal me I was not to come back, cause I decided to go somewhere else for lunch. I had 3 taquitos that I didn't pay for and I put them back on the counter that I didn't even touch I used the tongs in the bag and I can guarantee you he went and put them right back on the serving area. I work mockingbird rail if I could have given less than one star I would have.station I deal with multiple Cruise everyday that used to be my main stop for my breakfast and lunch I will not stop there again and I will urge the cruise working with me at the mockingbird rail station

Kind of surprised how dirty the restroom always is. Especially because they just had a renovation. I live close to this location. Every time I’m here, the store is dirty and the employees are busy. I 10/10 do NOT recommend. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. They are gross and too busy to tend to customers. They’ll watch you put your pin in when you pay with card. Untrustworthy and disgusting for the company they work for. Don’t go here. Can I change my star rating to negative?????

Please change the store hours if you're not going to be open at night randomly. This is the third time in 7 days it's been closed between 1-3am, it's annoying

Third time visiting here. All three times the restroom was not working. This is an epidemic with 7-Eleven franchisees. They do not appear to be interested in the concept of open restrooms, let alone clean ones.

No soap in the men's bathroom and looks like it's been that way for a while. How do employees touching food products wash their hands? I don't think they do. When I told both employees on duty, neither seemed to care. Don't buy anything the employees must handle or you're likely to have remnants of feces and the like.
