Refuse to turn off emergency alarm in playground room & state it has been going off for the past two days. âManagerâ did not have keys & refused to provide hire up information. Cookers are on their phones & even have visible headphones in. They also skipped our order & made us wait for 15 minutes while people who ordered before and after got their food first.

I really don't expect much from McDonald's, but even my lowest expectations made me feel foolish at this location. I will now avoid at all costs. Rude staff, long lines, disregard for basic customer service standards such as replacing incorrect orders or feigning remorse at mistakes. The counter employee was pointedly arguing with customers both in front of and behind me in line. It's no shock that my order was wrong and I left dissatisfied.

I was told that the Manager didn't want to fix my order after the person at the box misheard my order they didn't even repeat my order to assure it was correct but gave me a hassle about it at the window after I took one mistake but wanted the second one corrected I was very understanding of the fact that he didn't hear me correctly but was told to go to the end of a very long line just to get fries then I asked to see the manager she came to the window charged me 2 dollars for a partially filled medium fry smh

Came around 12 for breakfast, the guy at drive through told me they werent serving breakfast. I have been to other McDonalds before that serve breakfast all day I dont know why this location doest.
Ordered a mcchicken and found the bone marrow of a chicken bone. I WANTED TO THROW UP ENTIRELY, enough to make me want to throw away the whole meal AND NEVER LOOK BACK

This location is literally the worst with drive-through orders. Itâs literally across the street from my house so thatâs why I keep coming here, but itâs sad that itâs EVERY SINGLE TIME my order gets messed up. Literally this morning I ordered a large iced coffee and I had gotten a coupon for it, any size for .99 c and the manager was extremely rude and saying that I owed her 50 cents more to make it a large. Because they charge me a medium. Iâm not gonna go into detail about the other times, but Just letting the people know this is not the place to go if you want to get your order right the first time. There have been issues with my food in the past. Veggies just taste really bad and not fresh, and every time I get a iced coffee itâs made differently every time so I donât think the employees are trained on how to make an ice coffee.

My husband my two kids and me went to eat there last night me and my youngest got mcdoubles⌠this was around 7 PM by midnight I was throwing up like the exorcist my stomach had sharp pains I donât know if they didnât wash their hands or if they didnât cook the meat properly but I wouldnât ever go back to this location!! My youngest son got sick as well thank God he didnât get the stomach pains but he was throwing up all night and all of today!!
