Ok so you see I go to the school next to 7-Eleven me and my brother came there to buy something and we came with our backbacks and there trasparent we were checking what to buy and she scream at us and starded saying bad words at us because she thought we were stealing but we had money so we can buy and she kick us out of the store while she was saying bad words and we are young but they should do something about this pls.

Horrible customer service 3/3/19 morning shift 10:30 AM,, she dint wanna provided name but its ok,,,, i will never go back to that store my first and last time ,,,, i ask if they have boxes to carried out donuts , just because i ask twice ,the employee got really upset started screaming at me ,,, and ask me to leave the store that was unbelievable ,,,, people like her need to realize they needs to get better skills for customer service ,, for sure after so many complains they will ending loosing their jobs,,,,, i just feel sorry for whoever own that store ,,, im sure the profits are not that good if they continue having employees with this type attitude, she still have the nerve to post for the pic. i take after she denied provided her name ,,,,, i hope owners really do something about this ,,,

The staff during the day is so nice and helpful. But the lady at the night shift she is always bullying me. I don't know why that is happening. I really would like to help her. Maybe she needs a little support in customer service skills. I will go there only at daytime. Try to avoid this person... Go there during the day to be served well... I don't know why the owner don't know about his employees... God bless him!!! 5 stars during the day 0 stars at night...

I'm giving this location 5 stars which is 100% because of Adam who typically works the night shift. He is super friendly, helpful, generous, cares about his customers, and gives exceptional service every time. Adam is someone who clearly understands the customer experience, and knows exactly how to ensure his customers leave happy. Thanks Adam!

The lady that worked this morning was so rude and nasty I am talking about the mexican lady that looks and sounds like a man she dont need to be dealing with customers she was on her phone the whole time no smile ano hi welcome to 7-eleven she makes this store which is my favorite store look bad. She wasn't wearing a name tag.either and wouldn't give me her name until she is gone I wont be back
